Our very own Spin Sisters PMBIA certified instructors will lead you through a 3-evening series (3 consecutive weeks) to give you an overview of the basic skills for mountain biking, to improve your confidence on your bike, and to have fun with your all your new Spin Sisters friends! This series is limited to 6 participants to ensure individualized coaching and feedback.
This 3 Week Beginner program is for women who are newer riders and have little or no experience on a mountain bike and would like to learn the fundamentals of riding in a fun, safe, professional, and supportive environment. You will learn and practice various riding techniques that are needed to ride on the mountain bike trails in the City of Calgary. It is also a great way to meet other Spin Sisters with similar riding abilities.
Each week will cover a different set of skills. The format will include an hour or so of skill development followed by an opportunity to practice during a trail ride with support from your coaches!
