Maintenance clinics are available for members free of charge. There will be a registration fee of $40 that will be
reimbursed to your credit card
upon attendance at the clinic.
Registration is limited to 22 people.
At this clinic, you will learn how to:
- clean, maintain and adjust your drive train
- fix a flat
- fix a broken chain
Cancellations are not accepted.
If you cannot attend, email clinics@spinsisters.ca and there may be a waiting list that we can fill your spot with.
Please come prepared to get at least your hands dirty. We suggest you
bring:
- your bike
- a shop apron or work clothes
- surgical or close fitting garden gloves
- your tools

- chain breaker
- tire levers
- patch kit
- pump
- multi-tool with allen keys and star screw driver
- chain lube
Registration will close 3 days before the event.
